WRG's primary thrust is to provide equipping for overseas
pastors and church-based Christian workers in cross-cultural
church planting methodologies. WRG stresses the imperative
of ministering at a worldview level rather than at
the levels of outward behavior or institutions . In Scripture
and Strategy, Hesselgrave writes, "…true conversion
first and foremost involves a change in worldview…" (1994:50).
Chronological Bible Teaching will be a primary strategy
among concrete relational learners. WRG's methodologies are
holistic.
