Don Kirkpatrick's Evaluation of Training

Worldview Resource Group measures its impact in several ways, one of which has been developed by Donald L. Kirkpatrick, former president of the American Society for Training and Development and author of Evaluating Training Programs. Kirkpatrick has provided four simple questions to probe the impact of training on participants:

  1. Do they like it?
  2. Do they get it?
  3. Can they do it?
  4. Does it make a difference?
