Differentiated Learning, Delivered Experientially
Worldview Resource Group presents its church-planting training using differentiated learning, which means that WRG facilitators adapt curriculum to befit the needs of learners. Rather than simply covering prefabricated material, facilitators easily and effectively adjust training goals and curriculum to equip partcipants at a training event in authentic and fresh ways. Differentiated learning takes into account the background, existing understanding, culture, and learning styles of participants.
WRG also delivers curriculum through an experiential approach, one that incorporates reflection, abstraction, and action into the learning process. WRG avoids more traditional approaches to teaching that rely heavily on topical lecture while the learners passively sit and listen; instead, WRG involves learnersa as active participants in the learning process.
