Three Tracks of Ministry:

1. Equipping - WRG's primary thrust is to provide equipping for overseas pastors and church-based Christian workers in cross-cultural church planting methodologies.

2. Training - WRG conducts training seminars in Colorado Springs. These modules are one to three weeks in duration. The curriculum addresses cross-cultural church planting methodologies with a focus on worldviews.

3. Consulting - WRG personnel provide consultation in church planting methodologies for sending agencies and overseas church associations.

Effective techniques to plant churches internationally
A worldview approach to church planting focuses on change taking place deep within people. A worldview approach to ministry strives to identify and transform these foundational assumptions with biblical truth, opening the way for regeneration and leading to the deep change of whole societies.
